2008 Black APHA Filly – Looking for color, speed and cow? Here is an awesome filly with barrel racing on the sires side and dams side as well as roping on the dams side. Colt's sire is "The Shady Money" who is a son of the late great all time leading barrel horse sire "On The Money Red". Colts dam is "Drums Smooth Digit". We purchased this mare from Kevin & Marla Grad as my first barrel horse. She was awesome to ride until an injury took her out of the game. The Grad’s used her for barrel racing, heading and ranch work. I really miss not being able to ride this great mare.

I’m currently riding this fillies full brother. I like him so much, I’m keeping him for my daughter for when she out grows her pony. Very smart, quick learner and already running awesome on the barrels with a short period of time on them.

Dakota Desert Grace – 1998 Palomino AQHA mare
Dash for Cash & Lightning War bloodlines. Has been exposed to our stallion "The Shady Money" (son of On The Money Red) for 2010 foal. Dakota is well broke and was used as a pick up horse at the rodeos by previous owner. We've owned her since 2006 and have used her mainly as a broodmare with occasional riding. She had not been ridden for awhile; we brought her in this past summer, saddled her up and she rode just fine. Only reason she is for sale is we are down-sizing our herd.

Barrel/Team Roping Horse For Sale (Lenas Fire Moon)
2001 bay AQHA mare - Very well broke. Barrel races and team ropes on the head side, just needs to be hauled and seasoned more. We purchased this mare from Rebecca & Dallas Beebe and she is nice to ride and very broke but not for a beginner due to her speed and how quick she is on her feet. Lena is well patterned on the barrels by Rebecca Beede and Dallas used her for heading. She has been exposed to our stallion "The Shady Money" (son of On The Money Red) for a 2010 foal. Reason for selling, we are downsizing our herd, have too many broke to ride and we are concentrating on the ones we produced through our breeding program.

JR was started by a professional trainer for six months and then went to Rebecca Beebe for 10 months. JR is well broke, light in the mouth, very responsive to leg pressure and has an excellent stop. He is well patterned and ready to compete. When I got JR back from Rebecca late winter of 2009, we had a small winter/spring series that winter and JR was only rode in the last half of the series but still placed 1st in the 2D for the series finals not being pushed and only running at the speed of his choice. Each time out, he just gets better. After having most of this winter off, JR is being legged back up and getting ready to compete this summer.

Bo is currently being run by a 22 year old girl in her first year of barrel racing. I currently have too many broke to ride at this time, so all are for sale and I will ride what is left. I love this horse but find we are not a perfect match. He would be better suited for a rider who is a bit more aggressive than I am to bring out his full potential. He is easy to ride and get along with, just needs to be pushed more.
